Can you repurchase a iPhone app after you delete a paid app without repaying?

My cousin purposely deleted my iBeer so can i get it back without repaying?

    I have the iphone and you would have to repurchase it I think. You should ask apple.

    Yes you can. I deleted my paid aim and it let me repurchase it without having to pay.

    Hello,

    It happens to me once with my iPod, and what I did was purchase the application again. It told me that I already got it and if I wanted to purchase again, but this time I will not be charged. I agree and in fact was not charged :)
