Chances are that you are dissappointed to go down in Storage space (if you already own an iPod video you have 30 or 60 or 80 GB) - do you really want to cut your storage? The iPhone sure is a nice gadget, but I am suspicious about the telephone company contract it comes with. For me it has to prove that it is a good deal to make me switch my mobile company. The costs are monthly, which makes me more careful than for an one-time-investment. The prices for both sure will drop until christmas (or soon after...) and the storage place will increase, so there is no way for me to buy it this early. However I could be wrong.
