A PSP's main thing is to play games, and watch movies on UMD discs. The iPhone is a phone. Not a portable gaming system. But it DOES play games. You just need to ask yourself if you want a phone or a gaming platform. If I were you I would get the iPhone 3G hands down. comparing an iPhone to a PSP is like comparing a bicycle to a Ferrari.
