is the iPhone 3G’s surface able to be scratched? (see details)?
hi. i have the iphone 3G, and i have a case with the incipio brand. it has a hard plastic shell, as well as black rubber protecting the back of the phone. however, when i got the phone, the att worker put a thin plastic sheet over the screen. i don’t know how deep the scratch got. but i heard rumors that the iphone can’t really scratch. it’s new and my dad is gonna be really mad at me if he sees this scratched.
i got this iphone a little over 2 weeks ago, october 5th i think.

yes they can be(unless there made out of diamonds) , don’t test it.

rumors arent really true. the iphone CAN be scratched. i should know, because a couple of my freinds have em and they both got scratched within 2 weeks.
go to the stor u got it from and ask em to repair it… maybe for a smal fee. depends on how new ur iphone is.
