What is really needed is a program that can do it all. Suppose you have your sister's wedding video, and there is a really funny part in the middle of it that is only a few seconds long. You want to save this really funny part to your iPhone. Depending on the format of the video source, you might need to use two or three applications to get the video you want on to your phone. It would be nice to have a video program that would allow you to edit, resize, and re-compress your video and save it to whatever format you want. If you did decide to sell it, it would have to have a lot of features that the other converters don't have and it should be no more than 10 to 20 dollars.
